Restful Waters invites you to the Digital Detox One Day Silent Retreat, to experience a profound sense of calmness, rest and clarity.

In this sacred space, nestled in the Perth Hills, become grounded in your body, still your mind and free yourself from the busy demands of a modern life.

The day will start with a gorgeous, lake-side walk + yoga practice. Perfectly fine for beginners. The yoga practice will be slow and simple to bring you into your body and back to your breath.

We will then retreat to a gorgeous cottage setting for a light vegan lunch with tea and bliss ball snacks. This wholesome meal will leave you feeling nourished and light.

The afternoon will be spent in meditation with a mix of light movement and pranayama (yogic breathing).

The final session of the day will be a beautiful, serene sound bath experience with crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, rain sticks and drums. This is a divine way to finish the retreat that will leave you feeling restored and ready to go back into the world fresh and alive.

You will have a chance to share your experience with fellow retreat goers in the final half hour as you come out of silence.

Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements

Proof of vaccination for attendees aged 16 years and over will be required from Monday 31 January 2022 as per the WA Government requirements.

Attendees to Restful Waters can show proof of vaccination either in a digital or paper-based form, along with acceptable forms of Photo Identification, or the ServiceWA app.
